Avid designed, manufactured and installed a 2000A MCC switchboard into a switchroom for Como Engineers’ Burnakurra Gold Mine project. The installation included soft starters and VSD supply, as well as the small power and lighting fit-out of the switchroom. The switchboard utilised Eaton’s xEnergy type-tested modular assembly, allowing the board to be designed and fabricated within the physical constraints of the installation.
