Avid is proud to have been chosen by Echo Yachts to manufacture and supply the electrical distribution board for its 84-metre trimaran superyacht constructed in Henderson, Western Australia. At the time of construction the vessel was the largest trimaran in the world and is the largest superyacht to be built in Australia, and Avid is pleased to have been selected to deliver key infrastructure to such a world-class project.
The distribution board for the ‘White Rabbit Golf’ utilised a powder coated aluminium custom enclosure fitted with Eaton contactors and breakers, and integrated illuminated panel switches. It was assembled and tested at Avid’s Forrestfield workshop.
